Booking Policy:
1.- All reservations, without exception, to be guaranteed must have a credit / debit card as a guarantee and charge for the first night or the total for the first night of the package booked on the date that the reservation is made.
2.-Your card will be verified by a pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of 1 night of the Hotel, if the bank is not authorized, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Guaranteed reservations by debit card Not considered guaranteed and are subject to availability, an email will be sent to the person who made the reservation.

To make a cancellation you must notify in writing via e-mail your confirmation contact with your data, or fax number (01) 616.166.44.00 or your request will be processed and will be made in the following terms:
• If you cancel 12 hours before your arrival date there will be no charge to your credit card.
• If you cancel the day of arrival or do not arrive at the hotel, 100% of the first night will be charged per room reserved.
In case you have to leave the hotel before your stay ends (early departure), it is considered as cancellation and refunds do not apply.
To cancel your reservation without penalty, contact the reservations department by phone or email at least 12 hours before your arrival. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged 1 night (what is known as no show fee).
